Vendor and Chalet Information
Merchandise and Commercial Vendors
We offer a wide variety of vendor opportunities and booth spaces at our Airshow. From small 10'x10' shared tent areas, to 20'x20' large tents, to static ramp display areas to accommodate 18-wheeler trailers. Applications for booth space are due by August 29, 2008.
The City of Houston requires a liability insurance policy naming Wings Over Houston Airshow, and The City of Houston as additionally insured from all "for profit" vendors. Minimum of $250,000 for small "Mom & Pop" vendors; corporate vendors require $1,000,000 (details in the agreement application). Non-profit organizations not selling merchandise or a service might be exempt from insurance requirement. Certificate of non-profit status would be required for exemption consideration. No exceptions!

Concessions
Wings Over Houston uses a master concessionaire, National Concessions Co., for all food, drink, ice cream, and souvenir-type items to be sold at the event. National Concessions Co. already has existing agreements in place for the usual and typical foods such as hamburgers, hotdogs, soda, ice cream, snow cones, funnel cake, shirts, hats, and toy vendors.
National Concessions may be interested in unique items such as ethnic or local type of products. All potential vendors selling food, drink, and other products will need to have proof of liability insurance, meet all health standards, and provide a reference list of prior outdoor events.

Chalets
The Wings Over Houston Airshow offers the opportunity for a limited number of private chalets to corporate clients with a desire for an exclusive private entertainment area. These Chalets are designed to give the Chalet Sponsor the ability to entertain their clients, friends and employees in a private, controlled setting. Catering for food and beverages will be optional through Official Airshow providers. Right of first refusal for succeeding years for these limited sites will be part of the package. Applications for chalets are due by August 29, 2008.We offer two levels of Chalet: Premium and Standard. Premium Chalets can accommodate from 25 to 200 people per day with space right on the flight-line, and offer VIP reserved parking. Standard Chalets can typically accommodate from 25 to 75 people per day and are on the public side of the show on the flight line.

Premium Chalets are at the south end of the field, up front and close to the action right on the flight line. This area will have reserved VIP parking area close to your Chalet and access to private restroom facilities. Premium chalets can be reserved for 25 to 200 people.
Standard Chalets are on the airport grounds, in and near airshow crowds, aircraft displays and vendors. These chalets will have reserved parking area in the Prime View reserved parking area, just outside of the airport gates. Chalets will have access to their own private restroom facilities. Standard chalets can be reserved for 25 to 75 people. Larger Standard Chalets are available. Contact us for more details and pricing.
