WORKING MEDIA CREDENTIAL REQUEST

For media credentials to the Wings Over Houston Media Day event and/or the Airshow, please complete the form below. Media credentials will only be issued to bona fide, working news media who furnish their organization’s press credentials or an official assignment letter.
Media Day
For Media Day, aircraft rides are limited to one (1) reporter and (1) photographer/photojournalist per media outlet with the understanding that pre-show media coverage is expected. Media outlets may otherwise send as many qualified representatives to the Media Day event as they wish. As a non-profit organization, we must ensure we receive the value of media coverage – which we appreciate greatly – in return for tapping donations to underwrite the expensive costs of aircraft fuel, operation and maintenance to provide free media rides. Photographers not employed by a media outlet or freelancers not on verified assignment by a media outlet/editor can purchase rides at the Airshow.
Airshow
A maximum of four (4) credentials will be provided to each media outlet. Requests for additional tickets will be submitted to the Wings Over Houston Airshow Board of Directors for consideration.
Photographers
Photographers interested in prime access to the Wings Over Houston Airshow should consider purchasing a pass to our Photo Pit. Please click here for more information.
